PROCESSING

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately.

Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

SHIPPING

Typically, orders will ship out within 2-3 business days after being processed. A USPS tracking number will be sent via email.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TheShirtRoom cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, TheShirtRoom accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) TheShirtRoom is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If there is a size, fit or color discrepancy with your order please notify us immediately at info.theshirtroom@gmail.com so we can do our part - we'd be more than happy to assist.

We accept exchanges for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

We do not accept exchanges on GOOD STF. items such as Stickers, Button Packs and Home Good items.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a exchange item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.

Examples of items that cannot be resold include:

  • Items with stains, tears, or rips
  • Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
  • Items with missing tags or packaging

SHIPPING COST

If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.
